Current FAV: Mascara: Maybelline Pulse Perfection Vibrating Mascara

This is not any new product of Maybelline. Probably Maybelline launched it back in 2009/08. But yeh, i got mine in last January, as my Bday gift. I’ve been using this through all this month and i’m so in love with this.
This mascara worth BDT 480/-
According to product disclaimer, it gives 7000 vibration per min in 7 synchronized action. I have to say i get the look of 5/10 perfect stroke of normal mascara in one stroke. So that i didn’t really need not more than 3 coat to get a finished look. This mascara really defines and covers so quickly and perfectly specially when its on lower lashes. It catches each n every tiny single lashes.

The wand looks pretty precise and sleek. Its tiny combs n vibrating action does help to separate lashes. Doesn’t clump or smudge and gives a intense black glossy finish. About volumize or lengthening it doesn’t give any extreme result if you expect so but gives the more than enough result i think.

Because of the vibration it reduce effort on applying process. I don’t shake the wand to catch lashes anymore. It gives the feeling of vibration, i kinda like it. It feels like I’m having smooth massage on my lashes. I think which might be helpful for blood circulation on eyelid. But everyone might not like this vibe feelings.

Who people are fancy with waterproof mascara they will defiantly love it. As its a waterproof mascara, so it is kinda hard to wear off with normal wash.
I’ve been using this for almost 4month… and its seems to last for quite long ;p

Overall, this is a brilliant product to have. I do recommend to give it a try 🙂

This is my 1st vibrating mascara. have you tried any other vibrating mascara ? Let me know what you think of those compare to this one.

Flormar Haul | Good News Flormar Is Available In Bangladesh

I was quite excited to know my local store (Family Needs) got the Turkish brand ‘Flormar’ recently. I’ve heard a lot good things about this brand so I had to try some of Flormar product. Flormar does have a huge range of product though my local store doesn’t have all of their collection, which was a bit upsetting for me. So that I couldn’t get some product which I really wanted. Nevertheless, I am happy with what I got now and aiming to get some more Flormar in near future.

Moving on to what I got this time, they were….

Selection Lipstick | Shade 31 (BDT 170/-)
Flormar Selection LipstickIt’s a bright peach shade and has a sheer finish. I love the packaging but the finish I’m not really fond of in general (didnt noticed that while purchasing).

 

Pretty Compact Eye Shadow Quad | Shade P041 (BDT 225/-)
Flormar Eye Shadow QuadThe eyeshadow quad looked really attractive at first sight. But now I’m noticing that these are powdery, pigmented but not that much. I think it’s gonna be good with an eyeshadow primer.

 

Blush-on | Shade 91 (BDT 275/-)
Flormar Blush

It’s a soft peachy shade and pigmented enough, slightly sheer and glossy in finish. I’m really loving this one.

Flormar Pretty Compact BlushLove, love, love this shade. very natural brownish peachy-rosy tone and pigmented enough. Can’t wait to wear this !!!

Flormar Pretty Compact Blush P114It’s a deep sun brown shade. I picked it up to wear as a bronzer. Has a bit of glitter dust in it but that not really visible upon application.

Flormar Nail Therapy OilAh!! A nail care product, which is so rare in BD. Happy to get one and can’t wait to try it.

 

Nail Polish | SupperMatte in M108, Neon in N008 (each BDT 90/-)
Flormar NailpolishThe matte one, been looking for such soft peachy shade for long, finally got one. This Neon shade pink is really neon on the nail, tried once. I’m so in love with Flormar nail polish after trying these two.

lets start………
**make a good base by prime your eyes as we we need to pop the colors

 

**dab the green on the outer part of your eyes 
**dab purple inner part of eyes leaving the very inner corner
**put brown on your outer corner……….
**fill your inner corner and brow bone with light golden shade and blend every shades carefully

 

 

**apply a very fine line on 1/3 of your upper and lower water line with black liner
**finish with mascara and touch up your brows

lets start…

  • start with prime your eyes…
  • apply light blue in your crease and blend it out
  • apply lime yellow in inner corner
  • fill the lid with a darker yellow and blend out

  • apply darker blue in 1/3 of crease area

  • blend it out
  • apply navy blue in the crease in a angular shape
  • blend it out nicely
  • highlight your brow bone with a lighter shade.

  • line your lower lash line followed by previous process
  • apply black eyeliner 1/2 of your lash line and wing it out slightly
  • join liner a bit in your lower lash line as shown and tend your brows
  • apply few coat of mascara…
  • you r done…………………..
 finished look………..

Ring Organizer | Do It Yourself Without Spending A Buck

…another successful DIY of mine. Just made this yesterday. My Thanks to all those you-tubers who vloged their hard work and creativity as I learned this DIY process from youtube.

I thought to make a tutorial post about this DIY Ring Organizer but it was super hard to make and get the perfect piece. I totally messed up in between and even don’t know how did I finish it! ;p ..just made it somehow. That’s why I’m not able to post detailed DIY.

Though, I’m including some details that might help you…

Ring Organizer
box i used

things you’ll need:

5mm foam
  • a box, can be any box but needs to be hard enough to stay in shape and to carry all your rings.
  • any kind of fabric by what you’ll cover your box.
  • glue to fasten fabric with the box. you can use fabric glue or super glue. but applying glue would be easier if you use a glue gun.
  • foam to fill the lining for rings. I used 5mm foam
  • some ribbon or lace to ornament your box

process:

    • 1st, measure fabric according to the box measurement as you can cover the whole box (both body and lead)
    • cover up the box, use glue to attach the fabric.
    • measure width of your box and cut out pieces from foam and fabric according to this measurement.
    • now make rolls using foam and fabric. those are gonna go in your box to make a partition for your ring. The thickness of rolls will depend on your assumption. attach them into the box with glue.
    • your main work should be done by now.
    • Its time to ornament. use anything you like…might be lace, ribbons, buttons or stones…
  • AND… hopefully, you are done making your ring organizer.

Review: Revlon Age Defying Spa Concealer

I bought this product few months before..and thought i defiantly need to review this product but somehow couldn’t manage time…

Got it from Bodyline. Its worth BDT 450/- to 550/- . don’t remember exact price as if its been long time. shade i got is 004 medium deep, appeared to have the perfect match for my skin as its has yellow undertone.Its pen form packaging looks pretty handy to me and it smell almost nothing.

For me, This is the best concealer I ever got in BD. Best thing about it is its light and thin texture and not even watery. Its brush tip makes it very easy to apply without wasting. this concealer blends perfectly and doesn’t settle on fine lines at all. Moreover, it last through the day in my combi skin with a hydrating finish and without giving any cakey or greasy feeling. It has got medium coverage. Do cover redness and random light spots brilliantly. it gives skin a bit of dewiness aswell, sometimes.

This product is as good as i can wear it alone with a touch of translucent powder and don’t even feel like to apply foundation. In this hot summer mostly i avoid foundation and just go with this concealer alone which keeps me fresh, natural and completely happy all the day.

At the end, i’ll say, its a product worth buying and i couldn’t find anything against it. If you haven’t tried it yet, give it a try.
