This is going to be a rally short review because I have nothing much but good things to say about Flormar Clean Care Facial Cleansing Gel.
Take a look at the ingredient if you want….
I used up total 6 tube of them continuously so i think you can already guess that I become a fan of this product. There is two major point I think of while judging a facial cleanser, how it cleans even with makeup, is it drying on skin or not. Now, Flormar cleanser passed both of this test from my first use.
It comes in a paper like pink plastic tube. I found the packaging design, color n composition very girly. the tube cap is a little cheap kind of though, its not smooth enough to open n close. Tube contains 150ml of product. As mentioned in the packaging, this is for all skin type.
Product itself is transparent gel in consistency which is not thick like jelly but sort of watery.
Smells nothing. Glides on smoothly when applied. It doesn’t create much foam when applied with hand but with facial bush you’ll see lot of foam. Because of the consistency it needs a bit more product than usual for one use, which is why the tube runs out quite fast.
Now the best part, it cleans really deep. My waterproof mascara was gone totally in two simple wash. And most importantly, I found most of the cleanser dry out skin after wash which I hate but this one doesn’t do that. Skin feels properly clean, not drying and soft after using Flormar cleanser.
Another thing to say, this product didn’t break me out at all….
So, i fell in love with this. I only found this Chamomile flavor in my local store, no idea if they have more variety. I you haven’t tried this yet I do recommend you to try.
Thanks for reading. Do not forget to post your opinion and subscribe the blog.
You must have already know about all these Olay skin care range. I bought them to try as well. Well, didnt bought and tried all at once but gradually. Now, had horrible experience with them all.
First bought Olay Total Effect 7 in one day cream. They are available in two type Normal and sensitive. I picked the normal one. Its was not well absorbing formula at all, I felt greasy withing 15min(I have combination skin type). And the horrible fact, I got breakout within 6 days, three nasty pimple at once. I had to stop using that right away.
[wp_ad_camp_3][/wp_ad_camp_3]
Later, ofcourse when my skin was fresh I got Olay natural white day and night cream. I used the night cream first and holla… my skin breakout in 7 days.
After recovering again I tried the Olay natural white day cream.. and guess what!! within three days my skin breakout terribly like never before. This time I was cursed with six pimple and they were supper bad than ever. For the first time in my life I was literally crying like hell for my skin !! They took 2 long month to cure and left dirty spots on my spotless skin. God knows what not I tried to remove those spot !! Its been more than six month and still those spots are there but yeh I did recovered a lot. Currently, they faded away to almost invisible .
My skin is kind of tough in case of breaking out. Generally I hardly get breakouts unless its a supper bad product that I use. Regretted like never before for buying these products.
[wp_ad_camp_5][/wp_ad_camp_5]
Overall, needless to say that I wont even think of buying these products again and will not recommend any one.
I get too many queries about these eyeshadows and glitter every day, so thought to do a quick picture heavy post to share my thoughts about them.
If you live here in Bangladesh I guess you already know about these non-brand local eyeshadow and glitters. Yes yes, the are the cheapest eye products of the world. each pot will costs you only 10-20 BDT. Though they are extra ordinary cheap but these eye shadows are extra ordinary pigmented aswell and they will last forever until you want to clean them.
If You are my old follower you must have seen me using them quite often.
About the eyeshadow….
They comes in a of-course cheap plastic(mostly white or maroon) pot with transparent plastic lid. The color kept in a metal pan attached with that pot. They are a bit creamy in texture, supper highly pigmented, and shiny when applied and hey last forever without creasing or fading.
There is several brand name label in the back of the pot but dont bother that, they are not for real… I guess manufacturers attach those label only to give it a name !!
Glitters are also comes in a transparent plastic pot. They are reasonably fine in texture. I’m not any glitter person but I used LAsplash glitters and haven’t found any difference between both.
If I talk about quality, well, I cant assure you anything as because they don’t come with any ingredient list or anything.
So the highly marked question is, are they safe?
Because of their price and other packaging/marketing flaws there is so many controversial thoughts about them. Some people says, they are nothing but raw color pigments, some says they occur allergy, some says they doesn’t comes off even with any makeup remover or soap.. etc etc.
These product are highly used stuff in Bangladeshi beauty saloon. Now, you can ask why are they using such cheap and non-labeled product. No one can answer that i guess, probably because no one can ignore their pigmentation!!
However, I’m here to share my own experience…
I, myself using them since i learned about makeup. Usually i use them as my eye shadow base. whenever I need a deep and settle base for my eye makeup, I swear I cant think without these… no product gave me perfect base better than these so far.
Have I faced any allergic reaction??
..No, not at all. My eyes are supper sensitive and I often wear lenses yet I haven’t faced any allergic issues with them.
Have I faced problem taking them off?
Normally, I remove my eye makeup with wet wipes soaked in baby oil and finally wash off with facial cleanser. Two swipe of wet tissue has been always enough for me to clean eyemakup created with these shadows.
So, yes I haven’t faced any problem to take them off.
just wiped off with dry tissue… they do leave a stain.
However, I myself like these products a lot.
But do I recommend? well, In that case I wont say a word… yeh, I’m kind of saving my a** from the controversy!! I shared my experience and thoughts, now if you want to use them or not that’s up to you and at your own risk.
You’ll find them in any local cosmetic/saloon product supplier shops in Bangladesh.
Eid Mubarak once again to you all. Hope you all had a wonderful Eid with your friends and family.
Yes, I had a nice one as well. For being a family person the first day I was totally busy with family, Qurbani, guests and all.. haven’t got time for myself to get dressed in a festive way. Next two day I was free to dressed up and roam around 🙂 Today’s post is to share with you the way I dressed up to celebrate my Eid…
[wp_ad_camp_3][/wp_ad_camp_3]
So, If you wondering about the dress, It is from a Bangladeshi Brand Aarong. Dress material is pure silk, rich Kundan work has done in front and back of the kameez, hand dyed dupatta, screen printed blue silk seloar also has finely detailed lace work around the hemline of kameez and dupatta. Gorgeous, isn’t it?
My ear pieces are old but a favorite collection of mine, custom made on gold with precious stone, the design was provided by me.The ring, gold plated on silver with pearl and meenakari, bought from a local jewelry shop.

On to the makeup…
I have used MUA Undress Your Skin primer to prime my face then mixed MAC studio fix fluid NC42 and Prolong wear NC 40 foundation applied that to create my base. Over that used Mac studio fix powder plus foundation to set the base. For eyes, I used Sleek ultra matte V2 palette, Revlon Custom eyes mascara, Revlon kohl pencil and Ioni liquid eyeliner. Wore Mua pressed powder in shade 4 as the bronzer and Sleek Avoir la Peach as my blush. Highlighted my face with Revlon Sunlit Sparkle which is basically an eye-shadow. MAC Morange is on the lip… At last, I sprayed MUA Pro base makeup fixing mist to set the whole thing!…So, with this makeup and get up I rocked around 8 hours. Visited friends and relatives, some random places, dinner with family etc etc…. enjoyed my 2nd day of Eid to fullest.

3rd day of Eid-ul-Azha, 2013…
Again, here and there outing with family…. but this day I haven’t got the chance to take picture for blog, just a mobile shot 🙁 apology !!
Today, I went on pretty simple but in a playful way… Dress was entirely designed by myself, this was kind of frock style dress paired with fancy scarf and quarter tights. Georgette is the base material here, embellished with lace and stone button.
Accessories was a simple zirconium piece on the ear and a funky evil-eye featured bracelet(which was gifted by my best friend). Used the same product for my base makeup that I wore other day, just with raccoon black eye and MAC Crosswires on the lip.

Hoping that you liked this picture heavy post…Do share you opinion and don’t forget to follow the blog.
I don’t really do well when it comes to cut-crease look. I often find it hard to maintain the crease shape and blend that harsh crease line properly…. Pardon my attempt if you found it wrong.
One of my readers requested me to create pink-black eye look. So I thought, let’s make a cut-crease which will add a dimension in this festive look. Yes, off-course I used glitter here to glam up more and soft pink lip for tie up everything with softness.
[wp_ad_camp_3][/wp_ad_camp_3]
Let’s begin with eye tutorial….
***Start with the primed eye…
***Just with your kohl/kajal pencil line 2/3 area of the crease in a kind of C shape. Follow the way it’s drawn in the picture.
***Apply lightly a soft brown color in the top of your crease line(I hope you can see that in the picture). This will help you to blend the black color.
***Now take a mix of black and brown shadow and blend the crease line upward. Take time as much as possible to do this step.
***Apply a white base in the empty lid area. I used NYX jumbo pencil in Milk here, but you can also apply any cream white shadow or cream base.
*** take a bright pink shadow and pat that over the white base also in the inner corner of your eyes.
***Apply a matte golden highlighter in the brow bone and blend that with crease color.
***Run the black eyeshadow 2/3 of your lower lash line as shown in the picture.
***Apply glitter base in the pink area of the lid. Wait a moment and then pat on the glitter over that.
***Now line you eyes with a liquid black eyeliner. Fill the water line with kajal. Slightly blend the liner in the outer corner. And then… steps are simple… clean up any glitter fallout, apply few coats of mascara and tend your brows. You’re done with eyes!

[wp_ad_camp_3][/wp_ad_camp_3]
Let’s start the eye tutorial…..
***Prep your eyes and make an even base. I used NYX jumbo pencil in milk to create the base.
***Apply a bright yellow shadow in the inner corner.
***Fill rest of the lid up to the crease with violet shadow. Use patting motion to get right color intensity.
***Carefully apply blue shadow in the crease and nicely blend that with violet.
***Apply matte golden shadow in your brow bone as highlighter and with a soft brown color blend the crease more. Brown color will work here as a transition color.
***Line your lower lash line with the same violet you used before as shown in the picture.
***Line your upper lash line with kajal and stop that just where your lashline ended without creating wing.
***Tight-line your eyes and line 2/3 of lower lash line with kajal as shown in the picture. Blend all lines with black eye shadow.
***Tend your brows, clean up any fallout and apply a reasonable amount of mascara.
Your eye makeup is done.

Hoping you liked this Violet and Yellow Eye Makeup… see you guys in the next post… till then, take care and do take preparation for your festival and early greetings for that 🙂
Its been almost 5 months I’m using Revlon ColorStay pressed powder.
It claims to provide shine free application for 16 hours, oil free non-irritating, wont clog pores and paraben free. Also says that its silky ultra fine formula blends seamlessly for a flawless shine-free finish that stays cake-free all day.
Powder comes in a plastic packaging. It has two compartment in it with partial clear lid. a powder puff kept in the bottom compartment and lid has a mirror attached in it. I found the total packaging pretty sturdy yet nothing special. Packaging consist 8.4g of product. Provided powder puff is quite good in quality, smooth and soft to use though i don’t really use puff for applying powder.
My experience: I use the shade medium which seems quite a good match for my tone.
Texture of the powder is velvety, smooth and fine. Gives matte finish and light coverage, doesn’t consist any sort of shimmer. I wear this as my setting powder over foundation or BB/CC cream, it does mattify and set foundation nicely without being cakey and stays shine free for long but certainly not for 16 hour. It didnt brake me out yet. I am amused by how silky and smooth it feels after applying since my first use. Nothing much to say about this one, overall its a good powder as a setting powder yet i would appreciate more if would provide a bit more coverage as a pressed powder.
However, I would repurchase for sure and definitely recommend this one if you’re looking for a good setting powder which will help to control shine.
The biggest festival for all Hindu’s around the world is ‘Durga Puja/ Sharodiyo Puja’ and it is in the door…. So, a very special early greetings to my all Hindu reader.
I created this look specially keeping in mind that if i were a Hindu how would I do my makeup to celebrate Durga Puja….
I wore a red saree here, picked black and brown as my eye shade and yes of course brown based multi-color glitter to add glamour and drama. When I think faces of Devi’s, their defined dramatic eyes and brows comes in my mind first, so here i tried to improvise that art. And yes, a red bindi/tip, touch of sindur/vermilion(you’ll see that in other picture), without these I cant imagine a Puja-makeup.
Lets get into ‘Durga Puja 2013′ featuring Makeup tutorial(eye)…
1. Create a base for your eye makeup using any creamy radish brown eye shadow as shown in picture. Top up your base with a brown eye shadow.
2. Creating winged shape fill one third of your crease with black eyeshadow, highlight the brow bone area with a light golden eye shadow and blend everything nicely.
3. Tight line your upper and lower lash line connecting to the inner+outer corner with kajal/khol and blend that with black eye shadow.
4. Apply your glitter base or any clear lipgloss in the brown shadow part up to the crease as shown and lightly dab glitter on that right after. Cleanup any glitter fallout and then apply your black liquid eye liner creating winged shape.
5. Define your brows and apply reasonable amount of mascara.
Your eye makeup is done!!!
After doing eyes, start your face. Dont forget to contour lightly. I finished off with a light peach toned pink blush, red lipstick and bindi off-course.
Product I used here:
Face:
*Mix of MAC studio fix fluid NC42 and pro-long wear NC40
*Mac studio fix powder plus foundation NC42
* Revlon colorstay pressed powder in medium
*Fashionista bronzer in shade LA
*Fashionista blush in shade London
*Fashionista eyeshadow as highlighter in shade Cafe Au Lait
To me, being a married lady my look would left incomplete without sindur/vermilion and a red bindi. I choose black and brown composition for eyes because i was wearing loud red everywhere and when i think of Puja I see nothing but red!! Black and brown eyes are perfect to neutralize any color yet goes with almost any attire. Note that, if you can wear false lashes then this look will be more dramatic and attractive. I suggest you, do wear false lashes if possible.
Hope you’ll like this ‘Durga Puja 2013′ featuring Makeup and do not forget to let me know if you are going to try this.
