Beauty Haul from Luxola Singapore!!

This morning got in hand My first Beauty Haul from Luxola Singapore !! Apparently, I’m excited so thought to share with you all. I almost accidentally found Luxola, a Singapore based website who sells beauty product. Luxola has a vast list of brands under the umbrella also they are decently priced compared to Singapore market and also they offer free shipping in Singapore with any order over $10. You must be wondering how I managed to shop from Luxola sitting here in Bangladesh. No, I didn’t ship my order here in BD, I shipped my product in Singapore address! I cant say if they ship in BD or not I just took the local delivery as I had chance to get the product from there. I was so happy and pleased by their service when they shipped my product within 24 hour.

So, what I got??? ….

A splurge definitely! I wanted this Pro Beauty Blender for long, was confused because here in BD buying Beauty Blender means unnecessarily cut off your pocket with double charge! In Luxola it cost me only SGD40(2400/-) for the duo pack! Happy purchase and excited to reveal the goodness of pro-blender!!

My first Sigma Brush 🙂 Sigma F40 angled kabuki brush…Actually I was never intended to pay such high for a brush when all my CS/RT brushes does the job perfectly. However its the lust that I couldn’t ignore and also wanted to experience what people rave about!!

Trust me I was literally dying to try a foot peeling mask, they are quite popular in Asian countries. I went through so many amazing reviews about them. You know what, I couldn’t even wait to try… I’m actually trying the mask right now while I’m writing this post 😛 Beyond excited to see the peeling result! Of course I’ll post my review on this mask soon.

Lastly, Sleek face form contouring and blush palette. Bought this randomly but right now after seeing the blush in person I’m soooo happy!

Luxola also included some freebies in my bag, two Luxola rubber band and a sample of Supergoop CC cream, so generous of them!! Overall, I’m quite happy with my Beauty Haul from Luxola Singapore!! They made my online shopping super convenient and I’m surely a returning customer of them.

Loreal Kajal Magique! …Is it really a Supreme Black liner???
Honestly, I long for this product because of its black and hot pink appearance. Quite sleek and cool to look at… and ofcourse Loreal Kajal Magique promo prompt me to get one. The qualities Loreal Kajal Magique claims is quite attractive, needless to say I had a very high expectation with this product.

Loreal Kajal Magique is basically an Indian product. Price varies on shops here in Bangladesh.

Loreal Kajal Magique claims to enriched with many good element, provide supreme black and bold color which is waterproof and smudge proof up to 12 hour, give precise application etc… what so ever!

Let me tell you my experience! Other than looking supper sleek Loreal Kajal Magique is just like all other budget liner available in the market, nothing extra-ordinary at all. I use kajal mainly in my water line. Firstly, I was disappointed with the texture, its not smooth enough to glide easily in water line. For lining eye lid its ok. Secondly, color payoff is upsetting. As you can see from the swatch above, you’ll have to swipe the kajal several times to get the color. Because of not so smooth texture and bad color pay off it doesn’t really work over eyeshadow. Once the kajal is used for 2/3 times the tip turnes into that fat random round shape, as the product claims, I do not understand how on earth someone can get precise application with such fat rounded tip!!!
Therefore, after application its takes about a minute to dry and set and then it does become smudge free and waterproof! This is the only true claim by Loreal Kajal Magique! Didn’t cause me any allergic reaction while using this kajal.

Overall, Loreal Kajal Magique has been a big disappointment for me. Surely not going to buy it again, do not recommend this product either.

I have been searching a pure gold nailpolish for long until I picked up this baby LASplash Chrome Nailpolish in Gold! Its not any new product but I was avoiding this for long… It doesn’t come in its ultimate look normally, there is a little trick. I was totally unaware of that.

Probably for 4/5 month I was hunting a gold nailpoliosh yet couldnt find a single one which was close to my desire color. I was tired and my lust for gold nail was high, finally I had no option but picking up LASplash Chrome Nailpolish in Gold. I didn’t have much expectation from this one because while I swatch it in store it showed up pale kinda gold!

Got back home and applied the polish, I was upset.. it was definitely not that gold I wanted but until then.. I applied my top coat.. the color turned into the perfect gold and in a foil finish!! HOLLA…I literally screamed with joy!! Yes that is the trick, LASplash Chrome Nailpolish in Gold turned in it full form after applying top coat 🙂

I instantly fall in love with this LASplash Chrome Nailpolish. However, because of the foil finish it doesn’t last long. It tends to peel off with contact of water, mine last only 2days. Therefore I dont mind its lasting power only for its freaking awesome color and finish. This is definitely a perfect gold and suitable for special occasions 🙂

Rimmel London Lasting Finish 25hr Foundation~~ My Drugstore HG foundation. Trust me it is true… and it’s been long 3+ year that I’m still in love with this product. It’s not that I haven’t tried other drugstore foundation, but nothing couldn’t really beat Rimmel London Lasting Finish 25hr Foundation.

Rimmel London Lasting Finish 25hr Foundation comes in a 30ml glass jar with a pump. My one is an old packaging, currently, they came up with slightly different new packaging where the cap has a Rimmel logo in it. I got mine from the UK, this foundation cost £7/8, available in drugstores like Superdrug, Wilkinson or other.

Rimmel London Lasting Finish 25hr Foundation is a liquid foundation, consistency is neither too thick or thin. The foundation Provides medium to full coverage, buildable just the way you want. It’s not matte yet not dewy either, creates amazing satin finished base, does not dry out skin surface or does not give any cakey spot also doesn’t even makes you oily or greasy. I love the how smooth and skin like it looks on skin.

It actually performs the way it claims. The foundation is pretty much sweat, heat, humidity and transfer resistant. However, can’t really say if it lasts 25hr because I haven’t worn this(or any) foundation for that long but it does last good long hour(8hr approx) in our Bangladeshi humid weather.

I love the amount of coverage it provides, sometimes I don’t even need to use concealer when I use this foundation. Therefore, feels a bit heavy on the skin when I opt for full coverage. This foundation only gets a bit oily in T-zone after 5/7 hour in BD weather, to mention I have combination skin, obviously, it will perform way better in cold weather. I believe Rimmel London Lasting Finish 25hr Foundation will suit any skin type, from dry to oily, because of it hydrating finish.

I use the shade Natural Beige(400) which is a perfect match for my skin tone. The foundation is really easy to apply and blend, works fine with brush, sponge or even with the finger. The best part is you don’t need to set it with powder, the foundation sets nicely and quickly into skin without getting into fine lines.

Rimmel London Lasting Finish 25hr Foundation has those each and every quality which I look for to name a good foundation. And the price, of course, is a reasonable one. I absolutely love this foundation and haven’t got a chance to replace it with anything else yet.

If you haven’t tried this yet and looking for a budget drugstore foundation, I strongly recommend you to try Rimmel London Lasting Finish 25hr Foundation.
Just FYI, if you don’t mind spending a bit high then Too Faced Born This Way Foundation can be a great option for you.

Guilt mumble, about what?! …The ‘shopaholism’ sickness!! A girl doesn’t born with that or do they? I don’t know…!! It was just 5/6 year before, I remember buying products only after finishing one! My interest majorly roam around beauty product hence its now spreading…. to every single useless stuff!! Sometimes I blame that I started blogging, its like the more you know, the more your desire list grows up! But again I think its only me and my mind! I buy things which are not necessary then I through them in drawer, forget about them and again start to think what to buy next! It wouldn’t feel bad if those stuff come in to use atleast for once!!!
I deeply feel sad for my money and me!!! However, Just made a $100 damage then thought to write this post.. why?.. I should have some written evidence to this cure shoppy-sick mind! This guild should never get chance to grow more, Phew…….!!

Flormar Nailpolish: Black Dot, Matte & more…

I’m happy that we have Flormar here in BD, they recently came up with variety of nail polishes and top coats. Its hard to decide which one to pick and which one to leave as I’m a big fan of Flormar nailpolish because of their excellent quality, Its hard to decide which one to pick and which one to leave.

I picked up few last month from their new collection. Most of them cost BDT 200-250/-

Flormar Black Dot Nail Enamel:

Black dot collection attracted me most among all. Loved all these pastel color and they are supper long lasting and hard enough to remove because of glitter particle.

It felt so candy like while I was wearing them 🙂 I think these colors are perfect for summer!

Flormar Matte Nail Enamel:

These matte polishes are good yet I didnt found it much impressive. They dries so fast which is why it is almost impossible to create an even nail bed. I liked Flormar’s matte top coat better than these.

Flormar Glitter & Icy Topcoat:

Both of these top coat are nice and long lasting yet didn’t like the icy topcoat much. I found it nothing like ice but some flakes of white paper 🙁

DIY Hair Oil Recipe | For Hair Growth & Hair Shine

This no expert recipe yet this is the hair oil recipe that I have been following myself for a long time now to keep my hair healthy. I personally hate any kind of oil but we all know oil is the most effective element when it comes to hydrate, penetrate, restore moisture in your hair. So I need to feed my hair with oil 🙂

Ingredients you need:

*Coconut oil 100ml
*Almond oil 50ml
*castor oil 50ml
*Olive oil 25ml
*Black cumin seed oil 25ml
*Fenugreek seed 100g
*Green amla 15-20pc

Process:

Crush amla and half of fenugreek seed in a blender then take them in a pan. Add all oils in it. Boil the mixture for 5 minutes. After boiling filter and dispose of the remaining of amla and fenugreek. Store the filtered oil in a jar and add rest half fenugreek in it. Let it rest overnight, after that the oil is ready to use.

You can also store the oil for a long time. A full jar of mine last around 4/5 months. To keep the oil fresh, put the jar in the sun at least once in a month.

Benefit of this Hair Oil:

I do oil therapy for my hair three times a week. Before applying I put the oil in the oven for 30sec to warm up a bit. Then massage scalp as well as hair root to tip with this oil, keep it for 2/3 hours and then wash off normally with shampoo.
This oil effectively helps to restore moisture and shine in hair; as well as over the time it will accelerate hair growth. If you ask me about hair fall issue then I won’t be able to assure you much because I have been using it for long and my hair fall ratio always been the same.

Summer is here. Flame of sun literally burning my eyes, cant tolerate any bright popping color this days where current trend is bright and vibrant colors. My eyes may be its my mind continuously seeking for twilight! Color picking definitely depends on ones mental situation(lol, I was a student of color psychology, now I’m judging me!).

Today I was sorting my lip colors for this summer and came up with eight dusky lipstick some are warm some are cool in hue. Most of base colors are pink and coral, there is also a orange brown and dark plum. Obviously I picked mostly matte shade for this summer thus I’m always a matte lover.

Here is some words on those lipcolor I picked for this summer……

Jordana Terracotta:
A warm brown matte shade. Creamy in texture, last 3/4 hour. Easily available in BD. Cost BDT150/-

MAC Kinda Sexy:
A matte coral nude. Last 4/5 hour if you don’t drink or eat.

Stila Patina:
A dusky mauve with a hint of brown hue. Its a liquid lipstick, applies liquid and dries out velvety matte. Last all day unless you wipe it off. Slightly transfers. I love this one.

ELF Seductive:
Its a dirty coral. this one is from ELS $1 range. Has super staying power as well as the pigmentation is awesome. Creamy in texture yet matte in finish.

LAsplash Chubby Twist Rosy:
Its a deep rosy shade just as the way it named. Applies creamy, matte in texture., pigmentation is fantastic. Last 4/5 hour easily. Cost BDT200/-, available in any good cosmetics shop in BD.

MAC Crosswires:
My top favorite shade from MAC eventually my all time favorite nudy shade. This is the one lipstick I bought several times 🙂 Its a creamsheen finish. I cant really describe this color, it is mainly dusty coral but sometimes i feel its pinky coral, sometimes it feel the perfect nude in my lip. Love this color like nothing else.

Ioni Burgundy:
A deep reddish burgundy shade, matte in texture. Last forever as because it stains hard on lip. Compliment brown skin tone perfectly. Costs BDT150/-, available in any good cosmetics shop in BD.

WetnWild Sugar Plum Fairy:
A deep plum shade, semi-matte in texture. In bright light the color look kinda deep fuchsia. Last long and stains hard on lip. I have a full review on this lipstick, you can check that Here…
