Hair Color Idea | Rocking My Pink Hair

8

I’m sure sometimes you do think of changing your hair color. Sometimes we all want to spice up our hair with a hot vibrant color! Needless to say, the whole world is now flooding with all rainbow hair fever. But, when we think of doing such bright hair there is the dark side of severe hail damage! No matter what you do your hair will be dead damaged afterward and recovering that is nearly impossible unless you cut off that part. However, we do go crazy on color without thinking of damage! After all, it’s just hair and it will grow new eventually!
So a couple of months ago I did change my hair color into pink, not all of it but partially, (thanks from the heart to my hairstylist for such wise advice). Hence writing my experience to give you a hair color idea how you can also rock bright pink or any other color causing as less damage as possible.

[wp_ad_camp_4][/wp_ad_camp_4]

I went for a haircut but decided to go pink on the spot! I wanted the color in full hair or in highlighted part but my hairstylist Keith (who did my previous hair color with highlights) didn’t allow me that. He said, “it won’t look good to see all damaged hair in the top and you’ll go mad, instead, keep it inside so you damaged part will not show much, but the color will spice up your look”. I can’t tell you enough how right he was!

So, for the base of pink color, I had to bleach my hair and it took three times of bleaching to get the blonde base as I have almost black hair naturally.

After bleaching, they applied pink color and kept it for around 20 minutes. Does this process call dip-dye? Maybe, I’m not sure.
So then I had my pink hair color done. I absolutely love the side-swiped touch of pink!

[wp_ad_camp_3][/wp_ad_camp_3]

Hair Color Idea | PinkHair Color Idea | PinkHair Color Idea | Pink

I was told this color will last 3-4 weeks but after two months I have the color almost intact (Keith and his team did indeed a good job). They also told me I can change the color of this part anytime easily to another vibrant color if I want as because this part is already bleached, I’ll just have to remove the color and reapply another.

It’s been two months rocking this pink hair color, who ever seen it so far loved it, specially they complimented about the idea of such hide-and-seek style 😉

What you think this hair color idea??? Love it or hate it??? Do share with me if you have any amazing hair color idea that you are rocking recently or planning to do soon!
And yes, if you are wondering about post-color care info then I mentioned a few in my previous post, read that out.

Maybelline Velvet Matte Liquid Lipstick | Review & Swatch

24

Hi there Beautiful, doing well? In this post, I’ll be talking about Maybelline Velvet Matte Liquid Lipstick. They are quite new in Maybelline yet here in the market for 2/3 months now. When I first got them in hand I thought it will be like other typical liquid lipstick but no they are not. Let me explain you why within a few.

[wp_ad_camp_3][/wp_ad_camp_3]

Maybelline says:
[color-box]

A liquid lip color which creates a liquid-to-matte sensation while providing petal smooth comfort.

[/color-box]

I have two shade here to talk about, shade 2 and 12 (I really wish they had a name than the number).
Shade 2 is a pink shade, almost a bright baby pink, depending on lips pigmentation it might come darker. Shade 12 is a warm nude shade, the hue is deep and subtle enough to go with any skin tone, perfect for everyday wear.

Maybelline Velvet Matte Liquid LipstickMaybelline Velvet Matte Liquid Lipstick

First of all, I love their packaging. They are classic, high-quality plastic yet glass like square tube comes with soft doe foot applicator. Shades of the product and the color on tube might vary a bit, but it is possible to determine what shade is inside. No funky smell but the product has a nice cooling smell in it.

Maybelline Velvet Matte Liquid Lipstick Swatch

It says it is matte(velvet) but I find it quite glossy, the shine tones down slightly over the time but they don’t go matte ever. There I understand why Maybelline says ‘cream-to-matte formula that promises you hydration’. Yet again whenever I wear it I feel, “it says it’s matte, it’s not turning matte!”

[wp_ad_camp_4][/wp_ad_camp_4]

However, Maybelline Velvet Matte Liquid Lipstick has decent pigmentation though it varies on the shade. I find my shade 12 appears more pigmented than the shade 2. Upon application, the feels exactly like a gloss but more pigmented and not sticky or tacky like a normal gloss would feel. They glide on smoothly, gives even pigmentation on the lip, no patchiness or else, doesn’t settle into lip lines, extremely hydrating, but they are not transfer-proof.

Maybelline Velvet Matte Liquid Lipstick | Review & Swatch

As because they aren’t transfer-proof and doesn’t have that regular matte lipstick nature, their wear time is low, around 2-3 hours, kinda like a lipgloss. Although there is some kinda soothing smell but that’s is not noticeable upon use.
Overall, Maybelline Velvet Matte Liquid Lipsticks are definitely not a matte lip product but a lipstick in a liquid form. They are very comfortable/ lightweight to wear and gives decent pigmentation. They work wonder as a topper, you can wear them on top of any other lipstick of similar shader to retain hydration or top of a different shade to create another shade.

If you are not a fan of discomfort all those regular matte lipstick gives then Maybelline Velvet Matte Liquid Lipstick is for you.

Beauty Empties November’15 | Hair, Skin, Makeup products

24

Hello, December! Hard to believe we are already in the last month of the year. Don’t you think the year just flew by? I’m here today with my November beauty empties. As always I have hair, skin and makeup product that I’ve used up in the past months. Some of the product here I really love that they are surely a repurchase in future and some of them I’m not keen to at all.

Hope my experience will help you to determine a product for yourself but not to forget, every product acts differently on different skin/hair.

Let’s begin…

Hair & Body:
Hair and Body Product empties and thoughts on them ?

  • The Body Shop Rainforest Moisture Shampoo | RM52 for 250ml

This is a shampoo for dry hair. I have been doing a lot to my hair lately thus been suffering from dry and damaged hair. The BodyShop’s Rainforest shampoo has quite a good reputation for its mild but effective characteristic. The shampoo is enriched with various oil and honey. It is organic and free of all those bad stuff for hair like sulfates, silicons etc.

My hair is dry, but my scalp is oily, the shampoo worked nicely on keeping my hair nourished, didn’t cause hair fall either. It doesn’t lather up like a normal shampoo would give a clean scalp after wash but on the second day, my scalp was oily again.

Mostly I shampoo every day so second-day oily scalp didn’t bother me much, however, I think there are many better options in the market if I look at the price, the amount of product I get and overall performance. For example, Organix shampoo that I talked about in my previous post, I even mentioned Organix Shampoo in one of my favorite posts.

  • Esmeria Soothing Organics Hand & Body Cream* | RM79 for 75ml

Esmeria is a Malaysian home brand, all their products are natural and certified organic.
This cream is specially made for sensitive skin, claims to have various organic oils, shea butter, aloe extract, olive leaf extract vitamin e and many more natural ingredients. I used it mainly in my hands, loved how it keeps my hand hydrated and moisturized. As because it contains many types of oil so the cream does gives slight oily/greasy feeling and I couldn’t be a fan of the herby smell it has. Leaving aside the herby fragrance and oiliness, I won’t deny this cream is indeed a great one to revive dry skin.

  • Soap & Glory The Righteous Butter | $15

A thick and intense body butter with a sweet smell and girly pink tub packaging! I don’t hate this product, in fact, I like it but I don’t love it that much that I can’t live without. Honestly, I can’t tell more than a line about this body butter, it’s nothing special than other normal body butter.

Skin Care:
Skincare Product Empties

  • The BodyShop Tea Tree Facial Wash | RM49 for 250ml

I read some reviews that say’s ‘this facial wash is magical and vanished my acne overnight’… I mean seriously??? I don’t get it how can people exaggerate things to that level! haha… Anyways, I swear I love Body Shop’s Tea Tree facial wash (but I don’t know the art of exaggerating word) and I’ll tell you the truth why I love it?

First, I love the smell of tea tree product, it just wakes me up instantly (everyone might not like the smell, my husband hates it). It has a thick (not runny) gel-like consistency that makes it easy to spread on the skin and you need a little amount to cover the face. It doesn’t lather up, feels mild on the skin but gives a deep clean, even every pore feels refreshed afterward. I found it very good for fighting bacteria and germs, hence you get less skin issue while using it.

Somehow the face was also controlled excess oil production. I’m completely addicted to the cooling sensation it gives, can’t start my morning without this. I highly recommend The BodyShop Tea tree facial wash if you have sensitive skin, problem skin or oily to combination skin.

  • The BodyShop Tea Tree Oil | RM39

I remember I talked about Body Shop’s Tea Tree Oil a while back. It’s no magical product, but I always do rely on this when I’m having skin problems. I believe tea tree oil works great as an antibacterial agent and helps to fight acne/rashes/pimple.

  • Laneige Firming Sleeping Mask | RM95

This is my 2nd jar of Laneige Firming Sleeping Mask. I love this product, it’s probably the best sleeping mask I have used so far. It has gel consistency but feels watery upon application. Unlike other sleeping masks I’ve used so far, it’s lightweight and son-sticky, absorbs into skin fast and the mild fragrance calms your mind! In the next morning a plumped and perfectly hydrated skin is a must.

Laneige has also a normal sleeping mask, but I prefer the firming mask for myself considering my age. Not sure though, if it really works on firming skin.

  • Hope Girl Honey Bee Venom Multisolution Cream | RM 74

This cream is a gem, but the bad part is it’s not widely available. Only a few pharmacies here in Malaysia keep this and it goes out of stock very often. Honey Bee Venom, this is the ingredient that holds my temptation. I find the cream extremely moisturizing and does help to improve skin texture. A few months ago I’ve been suffering from terrible sensitive skin then this cream was the savior.

It has a lightweight gel-like consistency that is easy to apply and absorbs into skin fast. It doesn’t feel oily, but it’s not anything matte either. Quite a different one compared to any other moisturizer I’ve used so far, it gives the feeling of slathering gluey goodness into the skin. I just opened my 3rd pot, do give it a try if you haven’t tried it yet.

Makeup:
Makeup Product Empties

  • MAC Pro Longwear Concealer – NC35 | RM84

An old favorite, a thick liquid concealer that gives the maximum coverage (will not hide tattoos though, I meant maximum for normal use). It is creamy enough and blends flawlessly but feels slightly heavy on the skin if you want to wear it every day.

  • Urban Decay Naked Skin Concealer | RM100

MAC Pro Longwear used to be my ultimate favorite, ever since I started Urban Decay naked skin concealer it totally replaced my affection for MAC. Naked Skin concealer is more creamy and super easy to blend, doesn’t crease, extremely lightweight and has almost the same coverage (maybe just a bit less) like mac, stays put for long. This has been my go-to for an everyday look tonight out or for any special occasion. Girl, you must give this concealer a try if you haven’t yet.

  • Maybelline Hyper Curl Mascara | RM31

Maybelline Hyper Curl Mascara | Yay or Nay?

A waterproof mascara that comes with a curvy wand. I love most of the Maybelline mascara, but somehow this one failed me. Everything is okay with it, but it clumps up my lashes which I didn’t like at all.

  • Essence I Love Extreme Mascara | RM17

essence I love extreme mascara | Yay or Nay?
Essence Go Wild Lashes mascara used to be one of my favorite drugstore mascara. But I don’t see that one anymore in my local store so I bought this one to try and the stiff fat wand of it disappointed me so badly. The wand doesn’t really grip the lashes so whenever I tried to use this it goes all over my eyes.

  • Maybelline Fashion Brow Pencil | RM31

Maybelline Fashion Brow | Yay or Nay?
This brow pencil comes with two ends, one has a puffy end that has powder inside, another has a thin stick of the brown color (I picked the brown shade for me). It’s pigmented and easy to use brow product, perfect for that time when you are in a rush but if you fancy a well shaped neat brow then this product isn’t helpful. The color stick is flimsy so it breaks easily thus the product doesn’t give you a full use. I have used up two of this and I think I’ll stop here and will look for a better option.

  • Maybelline Micellar Water | RM20

I (freaking!!!) love this cleansing water. When I bought it for the first time I haven’t had much expectation but fell in love from the first use. I like it mainly to remove my eye makeup. It cleanses so well without making my eyes red, you won’t need much effort to remove waterproof mascara with it. Good on removing face makeup as well. I really wish Maybelline will come up with a bigger bottle of this 🙂

So those were all in my beauty empties stash in the month of November. Have you used any of them? Any favorite or regret you see in this list? Do share your experience with us in the comment section below 🙂

Save Money When Shopping Online | Cashback and Deals via ShopBack

Do you shop online? I know I know, who doesn’t? When shopping online, what if I say you can save a lot of your money by getting direct cashback along with some more deals/discount coupon? EXTRA SAVING sounds always good, inst it? Did I already got your attention??? If yes then let me tell you more of this amazing news.

I wish I myself knew about this a bit earlier so I could save some money yet better late than never! Last month I found ShopBack, a cash back site that offers you a percent of your money when you shop from their listed shopping site. Their service is available here in Malaysia, Singapore, Philippine and Indonesia. The good part is you don’t have to be worried about their site listing because ShopBack already has listed all those shopping site (over 300 local, regional and international merchant like Booking.com, ASOS, Luxola, Groupon, Zalora, Althea, Air Asia, Sasa etc) that you can possibly think of.

Save Money Via Shopback

The first question that can come to your mind, ‘How does it work?’
Keep Calm, it is super easy, you just have to shop through ShopBack. To sound more precise, you just have to click and to go your desired shopping site via ShopBack then do your shopping as usual then sit back and relax. A portion of the money that you already shopped with will be added in your ShopBack account within 48 hours(as they claim). Later you can withdraw that in you preferred bank account, that’s it! Sounds exciting and easy enough?

[wp_ad_camp_3][/wp_ad_camp_3]

Save money Via Shopback Deals

The SopBack website offers the easiest navigation so you won’t feel lost anywhere while trying to find some good deal. Top sale/discounts/cashback offers are always flashing in the home banner. However, if you’re interested in digging down best deals offered by every site then you must navigate to the Best Deals page (picture above) and .

Save Money Via Shopback

Where you shop the most? For me its Luxola (makeup shopping from Luxola started way back in 2014 you probably read that in my previous post, and that never stopped), Zalora(for clothing I recently started shopping here and it seems to be quite a nice experience so far), Althea(I told you about this in my previous post, getting Korean skincare product with the best price never been so easy until I discovered Althea) and a few other sites. I’m uber happy to see everything is listed in ShopBack already so from now I can save some handsome amount of my money while shopping my necessary stuff.
For example, you can  if you visit Luxola page at ShopBack you’ll see a list of all available discounts/coupon code plus what percentage of your money you can actually get back after shopping.

I guess I already gave you a clear picture of ShopBack and how easy it is to work with.

[wp_ad_camp_4][/wp_ad_camp_4]

Let’s come to the most crucial question, which might have already popped up in your mind!

Is it legal and safe?

ShopBack says,
[color-box]

We specialize in helping customers save when they shop on eCommerce websites in USA, Europe, and Asia. [/color-box]
In my experience, yes it is safe. I couldn’t find any glitch till now but already seeing a few bucks in my ShopBack account :p

Apparently, . Needless to mention, I’m feeling greedy (!!! to be honest) enough, can’t wait to do my next shopping via ShopBack and see the growing balance of cash back. Sharing is caring; I care for you so I had to share this with you so you can also save money while shopping online 🙂

*** I was humbly invited by the company to share my thoughts. However, that doesn’t influence my opinion in any way.

Sigma Standout Eyes Gel Liner | Review & Swatch

14

First, I have to admit I was kinda off from blogging for the last couple of months. So many of you were asking when I’m going to post reviews of this or that, but seriously these months were hectic and advance apology, might be irregular up to next month. Yet I’ll try to blog as much as I can. Sooner or later will post everything according to your request 🙂
I have reviewed Sigma Mascara Collection in my previous post, in the line today’s post is about Sigma Standout Eyes Gel Liner Collection.

I have been using them for two months now and pretty much done with experimenting in every aspect of these gel liners. I love the shade range of this collection, a black, a couple of browns and a few eye-catching hues.

If you are a makeup lover then you definitely love liners and can’t deny that a good gel liner is always a must-have. I myself have a weakness for gel liner, I like to try every kind of gel liner and when it offers color variety it is better for me! Yet obviously I also look for a good quality that makes it easy to work with.

Sigma Beauty offers 6 shade in their gel liner collection. They are:

  • Wicked – A deep black
  • Stunningly Ladylike – A deep brown with strong red undertone
  • Liberally Toasted – A pure warm brown
  • Standout Peacock – A vibrant peacock blue
  • Royally Striking – A violet with a blue undertone
  • Unexpected – A flat gray with a hint of a green undertone

Sigma Standout Eyes Gel Liner

They come in a sturdy little glass pot with a plastic screw-lid just like most of the gel liner pot available in the market. The packaging quality is up to the mark and fully airtight so the product didn’t dry out (I did experience this issue earlier with other gel liners) in the pot. Each pot offers 2.8g of product, quite a lot I think, which will last forever.

Sigma Standout Eyes Gel Liner

To talk about the product quality, all of them have a creamy texture and matte finish. They all glide on smoothly. However, all of them don’t apply with full opacity. To be more specific, Standout Peacock and Royally Striking doesn’t come opaque in one swipe like the other four, they need two/three swipe aka more product and more work. Other than that all of them are flawless and very easy to apply.

Sigma claims that these liners are long-wearing, I completely agree with that from my experience. Sigma Standout Eyes Gel Liners stays put, doesn’t fade away until you remove them. But yes if you rub them then they flakes. They are waterproof so if you need them removed you’ll need a proper remover. They take a bit of time to get fully dry so if you want to smudge your liner you have that freedom.

Sigma Standout Eyes Gel Liner swatches below:
Sigma Standout Eyes Gel Liner Swatch
Sigma Gel Liner eye swatch

So far I wore Sigma Standout Eyes Gel Liners in many different ways and they never disappoint me. They didn’t cause any sensitivity issues either. For the price and quality, I found them competitive with other high-end gel liners. A black liner is always my favorite, other than that Unexpected and Liberally Toasted is my favorites here in this whole collection.

I’m a big-time Sigma brush fan (read my review on Sigma 3DHD Kabuki Brush) and it feels like slowly I’m also becoming a fan of their makeup line. If you haven’t tried these gel liners yet you must give them a try.

By the way, I’m keen to know what is your most favorite gel line? Let me know in the comment box below.

5 Effective Home Made Masks for Acne Problem

32

Acne is a very common problem, yet many people do not know how to cure it properly, so they usually rely on buying the medicine prescribed by the doctor. But one of the greatest ways to cure acne is to make facial masks at home and apply them. It is better than the masks you buy at the stores as they may contain chemicals but the homemade masks are organic, cheap, and the ingredients are readily available and are the most effective. Here are some of the best facial masks that you can prepare at home and treat your acne problems successfully.

[wp_ad_camp_4][/wp_ad_camp_4]

  1. Salt Mask

A salt mask is one of the easiest facial masks to prepare for acne treatment. Salt is an effective natural cleanser. It largely helps in reducing the oil of your skin. The oily skin forms the base for acne. Salt helps in making your skin oil-free as well as acne-free. All you need to prepare this mask is salt and water. Sea salt will do wonder, but even cooking salt will work. Mix the salt in water and make a uniform paste. Apply this paste on the acne spots and leave it on for 10-20 minutes. Wash your face off with clean water after that. Witness how salt cleans and dries acne spots.

  1. Yogurt mask

This is another easy-to-make facial mask. Take a spoon of honey and heat it up to make it softer. Now add a spoon of yogurt and mix them to a paste. Now apply the paste on your skin after you clean your skin nicely. Leave the paste for 10-20 minutes and wash it off with a washcloth. You can add another spoon of pre-heated honey if you have a dry skin. This mask brings immediate changes on your skin – it works like a wonder.
*otherhand, you can also use plain yogurt/sour curd on a daily basis (explained in my previous post) to maintain a healthy skin.

  1. Egg white mask

This mask only involves the white part of the egg and not the yellow part. So you need to carefully separate the egg white out in a bowl and whip it until you get a dense form. Now clean your face with a cleanser and apply this egg white mask all over your face and wait for at least 15 minutes. Now, use lukewarm water to wash off the mask. Your skin will be toned and you will get rid of pimples very easily. If you have oily skin, then it is recommended to add some lemon juice to achieve a better result. However, avoid using this recipe if you are allergic to eggs.

  1. Oatmeal Mask

You can make two types of facial masks using oatmeal. The first one is to make a paste of oatmeal and water, clean your face using a cleanser, apply it on your face, leave the mask for 20 or 30 minutes, and wash it off with warm water. This will leave your skin smooth and soft and will reduce your acne. Another method is a little complicated but works significantly on removing your pimples. Just peel one medium-sized onion and make a smooth puree of it. Cook half cup of plain oatmeal and when it cools down, add the onion puree. Apply this mask on your face and gently wash away your face after 15 minutes. This might be little smelly but the good it would do to you is more important.

  1. Baking Soda Mask

Baking soda is another effective ingredient, but it is kind of tricky. It does not work in all types of skin – you just have to prepare this facial mask at home and try it out – if it works for you, you repeat it few times a week, and if it does not work for you, then there are still many facial mask ideas already. For this particular mask recipe, you need to mix baking soda in water, clean your face with a cleanser and apply the mask on your face, leave it for 5-10 minutes, wash your face and witness the miracle. Your face will be extremely soft and you can say goodbye to your pimples.

[wp_ad_camp_3][/wp_ad_camp_3]

Be Regular when it’s about Home Made Masks

Every skin is different, even these are home made masks, these will also work differently for different skin texture, but it works for sure. Choose the best masks among the ones mentioned above. It is not wise to use just once and after witnessing the significant acne reduction, if you do not use it regularly – this will hinder the complete treatment process. For treating acne completely and for improving your skin appearance, you need to use the mask that suits you the best for at least few times a week to have a permanent result.

Urban Decay Vice 4 Eyeshadow Palette | UD Eyeshadows Are Creating That VICE Vibe Once Again

52

Hello there beautiful, how are you doing??? Going enough with the flow of holiday shopping? Well, yeh I’ve been doing that quite a bit… thus today I here to talk about Urban Decay Vice 4 Eyeshadow Palette.

It’s been kinda regular that every year Urban Decay will launch a new version of Vice Palette and that will be as unique and eye-catching as nothing else. I did get that last year’s Vice Palette (review & swatches here…) and with the flow, I had to get this year’s one as well. But it’s not only about the trend, But Vice palettes are also actually worth to get your hands on.

Without rambling, let’s get into my thoughts on this Vice 4 eyeshadow palette.

As always, the packaging is beautiful this year (the picture above) or I should say this year UD did the best packaging for Vice. The spidery design and holographic color will steal anyone’s mind. But girl those tricky corners of the wave catches a lot of dust inside and that is hard to clean, not a complain yet I do feel disturbed because of this sometimes.

The box also comes with a pouch (which I’m not really fancy about), a big mirror on the opener flap, and a dual-ended brush.

Urban Decay Vice 4 Eyeshadow Palette

Urban Decay Vice 4 Eyeshadow Palette comes with 20 shade of eyeshadow, most of them are jewel-toned (some has chunky glitter in it), a few are satin and matte in finish. Green shades and a couple of light shade here in this palette aren’t my favorites but other than that I love the color selection.

Glittery shades here feel very appropriate for party makeup and matte shades here fit perfectly for any look.

I have to turn the focus on to the quality, this year Urban Decay did an excellent job in maintaining the quality of these shadows. Unlike last year’s Vice palette, there is none that feels powdery and creates fall out, although the shade ‘Grip’ gives zero pigmentation without primer.

Let me give you a closer look at the shades and their swatches…

First row

From left to right:

  • Bones: A greyish cream shade, satin finish.
  • Grip: A light grey, has gold micro glitter in it. Without primer, it doesn’t show up on my skin at all.
  • Deadbeat: A blackened grey, has multi-color micro glitter in it.
  • Beat Down: A deep navy blue with a violet undertone, shimmery finish
  • Pandemonium: A purple-ish plum with micro glitter

Second Row

From left to right:

  • Framed: A light peach, matte in finish
  • Fast Ball: A metallic Pinky-peach. This shade is just like Makeup Geek’s new duo-chrome shadow ‘Mai Tai’ except the chrome effect.
  • 1985: Hot pink with a blue undertone, satin finish
  • Underhand: A metallic burgundy with a lilac undertone
  • Harlot: A pale metallic lavender

Third Row of Urban Decay Vice 4

From left to right:

  • Discreet: A dusty mauve, matte in finish.
  • Grasshopper: Bright metallic green.
  • C-Note: A rusty metallic green with silver-tone and micro glitter.
  • Arctic: A metallic sea green or simply teal. I found it quite similar to MakeupGeek foiled eyeshadow ‘Pegasus’ (review & swatch here…), maybe the Arctic is just a bit more in the green side.
  • Robbery: A brownish gunmetal, purely metallic.

Fourth Row

From left to right:

  • Bitter: A matte warm brown with strong red hue. This shade reminds me of Makeup Geek Cocoa Bear (review & Swatch here…), they are identically similar.
  • Flame: A coral-orange with sparkly micro glitter
  • Low: A muted brown with visibly large glitter
  • Crowbar: A blackened warm brown (somehow there is green tone) with chunky gold glitter and micro-sparkle
  • Delete: A deep taupe with a warm red hue, matte in finish

I tried to point out a few of my favorite shade but it turns out I love most of them. They all give generous (except Grip, 2nd one from the left, in the first row) pigmentation without primer, with primer they are fantastic. Moreover, if you apply them wet then they are beyond words. All of them feel creamy in texture and blends seamlessly (Low and Crowbar might need a bit of work because of their chunky glitter).

I’ve been wearing them one by one since I got the palette and I can say this palette alone offers a hundred different look to play with.

The look below I wore for a night out recently created using Urban Decay Vice 4 palette. I applied BITTER in the crease and ROBBERY in my lid. In the outer corner, I softly touched DEADBEAT, used BONESones in my brow bone and in the tear duct area. I was in the rush that day, went through my eye very quickly yet loved how beautifully every shadow performed!
